Gran Merci Workshop is a co working space after all. So a few things to remember to ensure that you and the other people using the space maintain a happy working environment.

•Only registered guests are allowed to use the co working space.

•All registered guests are provided with a door code, please do not let other people in.

• Please keep phone calls, voice and noise levels to a minimum.

• If you want to listen to music, please use earphones. Speakers are not allowed.

•Food and drinks are allowed, but please clean up after yourself.

• No pets allowed.

•Please practice and observe all Covid safety rules set by the CDC when in premises - wear a mask, wash your hands and keep social distancing.

How do I book a chair/space?

All reservations can be booked online thru our website here

How soon do I need to book?

Reservation is a first come, first serve basis. To secure a space on your desired date and time, we strongly suggest that you book in advance.

Are walk-ins allowed?

We only offer reserved seating. All reservations must be done online thru our website here

Do I pay on-line?

Payment must be done to complete your reservation thru our website.

Can I pay cash?

Unfortunately we are unable to accept cash payments

Can I cancel my reservation?

Yes, you can cancel your reservation 24 hours ahead and reschedule a new date and time for your reservation based on availability.

Do I get a refund?

Unfortunately, all reservations are non refundable. We however offer an option to reschedule an existing reservation.

SECURITY

Is there staff?

Staff is available on premises at all times. Please call or text +(347)-406-1301.

Is it secure?

Security cameras are also installed in the premises. Surveillance recording of video/audio at all times for security purposes. Please keep an eye on all personal belongings. Gran Merci Workshop is not liable for any lost, stolen or damaged property.

Is there WiFi?

Yes, every reservation includes complimentary WiFi.

I need to print a document, do you have printer/copier on site?

Not on site , however, the Law Office next door offers printing services.

What are the other amenities on site?

Complimentary WiFi, charging stations, desk lamp.
